Here is an easy marinade you can use for a last minute steak dinner or to give your meat dish a little extra flavor.
Using a Ziploc bag or air tight container place your meat inside with the following.
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic (or granulated garlic)
1 tablespoon fresh minced onion (or onion powder)
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours then prepare meat as desired.

ReplyDeleteThis is a great looking marinade, I'm eager to give it a try! I make a variation of this without garlic and onions because they're hard for me to digest but I like the idea of red pepper flakes! Thanks so much for sharing :)
