The Perfect Human Diet!

  1. Our diets and our lifestyles have changed dramatically. I think getting back to foods in their most basic forms is key, as well as portion control. However, simply reverting back to "meat eaters" diet alone will not change the rest of our lifestyle. Hunter-Gatherers were so much more active. They ran the plains to hunt their meals rather than hop in the car to drive a mile to Whole Foods. Eat less and move more is still at the top of the list, but the less has to be better food not chemically processed or GMO based 100 calorie snack packs.
